23.12.2006 (by Christine Lewis) The Marist Red Girls had a most successful U14 Nationals tournament. They were unbeaten in all their games including a 5-2 semi-final win over QE2 and a 5-1 win over Waitakere in the final.
Jaz O’Donnell was awarded Most Promising player and Danielle Lewis was awarded Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.

Numerous players have already registered for 2006 season at Muster Day. First highlight will be the Pan Pacific Youth Festival from June 30th till July 12th.

September – November Northern Regional League (dates to be advised)
December 14 – 17 National Club Championships, Wellington / Lower Hutt
Until after Queens Birthday Weekend (end of Senior Club season) trainings will commence only once per week and will be advised to all players via email or website.

Marist Boys and Girls both captured the silver medals at the U14 National Club Championships at Huia Pool in Lower Hutt losing by one goal in the finals. The girls lost to QE11 from Christchurch 5-4 and Boys lost to local rivals Northsport A 8-7.
Marist's Sam McCarthy won the Best female Defensive player whilst Neilsen Varoy won the Boys Most Valuable Player Award.
