Auckland City Council Grant

15.01.2009 The Marist Club is pleased to announce that it has received a substantial grant from the Auckland City Council towards pool hire in 2009. The grant comes from the City's Accommodation support fund and will help towards paying for pool hire in 2009. In 2007 the Club spent about $70000 on pool hire alone for its training and competition programme. So the Club wishes to thank the Auckland City for its grant which will help pay for some of the pool costs. We still need to think of ways to fund the remaining costs without increasing the Club membership fees for 2009-10.
